No it's for any team that played games during season 200. Even home games count. Some retired teams like Illiad has it too.

The only team I am actively training that got one is in PL's.  The others all played games (in our UL) but did not get one.

Maybe they didnt get one because of the "auto-play" feature of the UL?  Huh?
