I know it is early in the year, but I’m trying to stay ahead of the game (a little joke, very little-lol).
Anyway, I am commish of Balls To The Wall, a fantasy baseball team that has been in existence for a number of seasons. This year, we have an opening as the current owner will not be returning due to family/job issues. So, I am looking for at least one owner.
I say at least one, because we would like to expand this year. Currently we are at 8. We would like to expand to at least 10 and 12 would be even better.
EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE is welcome. I am looking here first because I know that there are a lot of folks here who enjoy Fantasy Baseball. But even if you have never played Fantasy Baseball before, but want to try it out, we would like to have you. Currently, there is one owner who is a Devil in the league and there has been one other who has since left the Devils and the league.
This year, we are going to an Auction format to fill the rosters. We have never done this before so if you would like to try an Auction format, but have been nervous about being a newcomer, this is the place to get your feet wet as we all are in the same boat.
Also, we are thinking of making this a keeper league starting next season.
We have fees which are $30 but if we go to 10 teams, the fees would drop to $25. This goes for hosting and administrative costs, and prizes which are $50 for 1st, $40 for 2nd and $25 for 3rd.
